Why is the Brooks Brothers catalog telling me that this skirt is unavailable?! Then it’s just cruel to put it in your catalog! I WANT IT NOW!
Just when I was beginning to despair at having to be a real person with a real job these days and having to wear less-than-fabulous clothes everyday. Thank you, Brooks Brothers Spring 2011 catalog, for reminding me that there is joy even in office clothes!
Now do people understand why I’ve always said I aspire to live in a Brooks Brothers catalog? It’s pretty much how I imagine heaven to be.

For years I have been made fun of for my “mom clothes” because I happen to adore Ann Taylor. But I think one look at Angela Lindvall for Ann Taylor’s Spring 2011 lookbook will prove my point: the clothes are amazing and, well, if your mom is this chic, I really don’t mind dressing like her.
